How the ReKarto System Works
ReKarto is not a marketplace and not a retail seller. It is an offline-first supply and distribution system built to support disciplined local operators.
This page explains how the system functions, why the rules exist, and what ReKarto deliberately does not do.
System Snapshot
- Centralized Supply
- Authorized City Partner (Exclusive)
- Micro Partners / Local Retailers
Why ReKarto Is Offline-First
- Thrift and surplus require physical inspection
- Online returns destroy margins and discipline
- Offline allows faster stock rotation
- Local demand behaves differently from online traffic
ReKarto is designed around how this business actually works on the ground, not around convenience for online buyers.
Why ReKarto Does Not Sell Retail
- Retail orders break pricing discipline
- Small quantities increase logistics cost
- Retail creates noise instead of stable partners
Retail selling benefits individual buyers but weakens the system. ReKarto exists to build operators, not customers.
The City Partner Model
- Each city has one authorized City Partner
- The City Partner handles distribution in that region
- ReKarto does not compete with its own partners
This model prevents undercutting, confusion, and internal competition. One city. One operator. Clear responsibility.
Micro Partners & Local Retailers
- Micro partners buy from the City Partner, not from ReKarto
- They operate offline retail stores
- ReKarto does not manage micro partners directly
This separation keeps the system scalable and prevents micromanagement.
Pricing, Credit & Negotiation
- Pricing is fixed
- No negotiation
- No credit
These rules exist to protect serious operators.
ReKarto is intentionally strict. These rules reduce short-term volume but build long-term stability.
If this approach makes sense to you, proceed. If not, it’s better to stop here.
